My attic apartment at Ammersee is located in a sweet bavarian village, with a beautiful mountain- and a bit of lake-view (depending on the weather and the sesons - in summer there are more trees in the way:)
The very bright living room has a desk, a dining table, a super comfortable couch to sleep on and two little balconies.
The entrance area and kitchen also have access to another balcony with a sofa lounge, where you can see the sunrise.
The bedroom has another balcony with view on the jungle-like nature and the evening sun / sunset.
Holzhausen am Ammersee is originally an artists village and still has some ateliers and workshops. The nature around here is amazing and you are by the lake in a seven minutes walk.
My neighbours in the house are very quiet and friendly.
