Beautiful beachside apartment in the south of Sydney. You walk into a big open plan living room area with open kitchen and floods of sunlight coming from the balcony outdoor area. The apartment is fully furnished yet minimalistic which flows into the King bedroom and second bedroom which is currently an office space but can be a bedroom. The bathroom features a walk in shower and bath tub. A 2 minute walk to the beach with a lovely walk way for miles either side. Close by are local shops, cafes and restaurants and public transport. It's quiet even though the beach can get a little busy in the summer months. I have one cat and do not allow other pets, smoking or clutter in the home. I keep a clean and tidy place and this would need to be kept intact for anyone choosing to visit my gorgeous home.
