It's a corner 1st floor flat in a block, 10 mins walk to Rimini historical centre, surrounded by a communal garden, very bright, quiet, super safe upmarket neighbourhood, shops and eateries seconds away. It's my main residence and I live a simple life, no luxury and quite minimalist. Gas cooker/central heating, washing machine, no drier/dish washer/AC, but there are 2 fans. The bed is a Japanese 100% compressed cotton mattress, it's very hard so be mindful of that. The neighbours are very welcoming and always willing to help. I have a bicycle which you can use. Strictly NO smoking anywhere inside the flat, NO pets and NO children. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and blinds. The beach is a bit of a long walk but there are plenty of busses. Beware, NO WiFi in the house, I use the data on my sim card.
