My little paradise is a simple country house that offers plenty of peace and comfort. If you visit in the summer or winter, the weather is delightful—especially for the highest city on the Bolivian Altiplano. It is located just outside La Paz—only a 20-minute drive away—right on the main road and steps away from public transport. For me, it is a luxury to have so much space to both work and relax. There are two bedrooms equipped with beds and TVs, a sunroom that I use as a home office, and a spacious living area that serves multiple purposes, including as a yoga space. The kitchen is sometimes larger than I actually need. Outside, there is a small garden I tend to with great care, as well as an area where friends and family have enjoyed barbecues and relaxing weekends—complete with a hammock.
