Upstairs unit of a duplex. Walking distance to a mall, several forms of public transportation, a 24-hour market, parks, farmers market, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Very close to freeway entrance. Just a 30 minute drive (or bus) to the beach in Half Moon Bay and a 15-minute drive to many hiking trails. It is about an hour on public transportation to San Francisco, a little less to San Jose.
There are two bedrooms: the primary has a full bed and half bathroom and a small desk. The second bedroom has a twin bed. There are also two fold out floor mats - so it can sleep 5 people but 3 more comfortably. The dining room is the largest workspace where multiple people can work.
Pets who are potty trained and do not mark are welcome (the place is carpeted and a dog lives here when owners are home). Dog crate available for use. No yard except a front lawn.
No coffee machine, but a stovetop coffee maker and a drip cone are here!
