Bright studio with great views in La Latina Madrid

Welcome to my bright and cozy studio in La Latina, one of Madrid’s most authentic, central and charming neighborhoods. The apartment gets plenty of natural light throughout the day and has beautiful open views over Madrid, which makes the space feel airy, comfortable and relaxing. It is my personal home, so it is fully equipped for everyday living and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The studio features a spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, comfortable living area, TV and a dedicated workspace with multiple monitors, making it especially convenient for remote workers. The large windows are one of the best features of the apartment, bringing in lots of sunlight and offering lovely views across the city. Despite being a studio, the layout is practical and comfortable, with good storage and clearly defined areas for working, relaxing and enjoying the space. The location is excellent for experiencing Madrid. La Latina is a lively but very local neighborhood, known for its traditional streets, cafés, restaurants, terraces and characteristic Madrid atmosphere. Many of the city’s main areas are within walking distance, and public transport connections make it easy to explore the rest of Madrid. The apartment is particularly well suited for solo travelers, couples or remote workers looking for a peaceful and comfortable home base in central Madrid. As this is my personal home and part of a residential building, I am looking for guests who will treat both the apartment and the neighbors with care and respect. House rules Please keep in mind that this is a quiet residential building, so maintaining a peaceful environment is very important. * No parties or gatherings. * No smoking anywhere inside the apartment. * No loud music or excessive noise. * Please respect quiet hours, especially at night. * Only registered guests should stay in the apartment. * Please take good care of the furniture, electronics, plants and personal belongings. * Keep the apartment reasonably clean and leave it in the same condition in which you found it.
