It has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen connected to a large open-plan living and dining area, one bathroom, and a lovely balcony with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is on an upper floor and is accessed by stairs. Kali is a small, authentic Dalmatian village with a relaxed island atmosphere, beautiful coastline and several beaches and swimming spots nearby. You can easily reach Zadar by a short ferry ride (20min ferry), so it’s possible to combine the peaceful island experience with exploring the city. There are local restaurants, cafés, a small supermarket and everything you need within the village. Important house rules We simply ask guests to treat our home with care and respect, just as they would their own. 😊 * No smoking inside the apartment. * No parties or loud gatherings. * Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. * No pets unless agreed in advance. * Please leave the apartment reasonably tidy and take care of the furniture and belongings. * As the apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of the other residents.
