Located on a beautiful treelined cobbled street with view up to the Graça monastery. Local fado venue 100m down the hill, 5 minute walk to Chiado (City center) and 5 minute walk to Alfama (old town). At the top of the same hill you'll find Castelo de São Jorge. The flat is right next to Martim Moniz subway station and close to the famous Feira da Ladra flea market.
The house is old and can get a little cold in the winter, but heaters are available as well as a dehumidifier.
