Cottage by the sea

The house is an old cottage that has been recently extended and renovated to an A rated standard of heating and insulation. It has 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite. The second bedroom doubles as a study. The view from the Living area and Bedroom is of Killiney Hill Park and the sea. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. It is a 2 minute walk from Killiney Hill park. If you go to the highest point of the park you can see over the city of dublin. Killiney Beach and Whiterock beaches are a 15 minute walk from the house. The Druids Glen Pub is across the road and there is a very good coffee shop that serves food in the park 5 minutes walk away. Dalkey village is at the bottom of the hill approx 25 minute walk down the hill or a 35 minute walk along the sea on the Vico Road. There is a bus that goes there and returns every hour. The Dart rail serice goes from dalkey village along the coast to Dublin City every 10-15 minutes. It takes approx 30 mins to reach the city centre.
