Neoclassical home in the heart of Kypseli

Hi all, I am an attorney running my own law firm. Currently on my second master's (Msc) and I am about to move to Rome for six months (September 2026 to February 2027) in order to conduct my thesis and participate in an AI Lab. I am looking to switching apartments with someone who will take good care of the house and respect, as it is my main residence, renovated and decorated with lots of love. This is my dear project. A family property, traditional neoclassical home in the center of Athens, gradually fully renovated personally by me for the past 10 years to meet my modern boho needs, but also keep the historical and neoclassical character of the house. One of the few houses in the Center of Athens with its own garden where I occasionally grow vegetables and fruits, which I love. The garden and the house is full with flowers. You will fully enjoy the terrace above and its amazing views. It is located up on a hill so be prepared for a little walking, but bus stations are available nearby. The neighbourhood is really quiet and peaceful, but you are in close distance from the vibrant and joyful Center of Kypseli. Only a few minutes walk downhill and you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, markets. You can find co-working spaces too, around the area, but I fill like the house is also a great place to calm down and work. Currently there is no desk dedicated as a working space, but I always use the dining area which is quite comfortable. I hope you really love this house, as much as I do. The house has an open space mentality with no doors in between rooms. It can easily host two people, and a third person will have to use the couch. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. The wifi is currently low. Workable but low. I am planning on transferring to starlink.
