My home is located just outside the wall of Nuremberg's historic Old Town (which is full of sights, restaurants and bars).
The house is right next to a beautiful lake and park, where you can go for walks, runs or a coffee. An outdoor gym is right next to it.
Supermarkets are in a walking distance of 10 minutes (or you take the bus that leaves right around the corner).
The flat is cozy with a bedroom (with a 140cm bed and a large wardrobe), a living room (equipped with a TV and a Sofa that can be turned into a second bed), a small working space in a separate room, a small kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub!)
