Nice flat close to Nuremberg City centre

My home is located just outside the wall of Nuremberg's historic Old Town (which is full of sights, restaurants and bars). The house is right next to a beautiful lake and park, where you can go for walks, runs or a coffee. An outdoor gym is right next to it. Supermarkets are in a walking distance of 10 minutes (or you take the bus that leaves right around the corner). The flat is cozy with a bedroom (with a 140cm bed and a large wardrobe), a living room (equipped with a TV and a Sofa that can be turned into a second bed), a small working space in a separate room, a small kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub!)
