This apartment in 1st floor with elevator, 73 m2 is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a terrace overlooking fountain & balcony, very well furnished a kitchen with appliances such as washing dishes, washing machine, microwave, cooker/ oven, air-conditioning, heating, TV with Netflix, WiFi/internet, private parking and with 24/7-hours security video surveillance with barrier control entrance. In the complex there are 5 outdoor swimming pools, private parking and a well-designed garden The apartment has air conditioning with a cold and warm air pump through a centralized system whose sensor is located in the corridor. The property has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms.Hot water is provided by a gas heater. In addition, there is access to 5 community pools open all year round from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is no lifeguard, so children must be accompanied. To enter you need the access bracelets that are in the house. If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot.
