Hi all! We are Filipa and Kateryna would like to offer our spacious apartment in central Lisbon to swap for any location in Europe or Latin America.
Our flat is well-located in a cool, central neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés, independent shops, small galleries, co-working spaces and wine bars. The cultural city centre, the historical neighbourhood and the vibrant nightlife are just 15-20 min. walking! The nearest metro station is 6 min. walking, you can easily get to the beach in 40 minutes by train and the closest national park is just 1 hour's distance (there is a direct train to Sintra).
The apartment offers one bedroom (with double bed), an office, a living room (with sofa-bed) and 2nd working space, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large private outside area. Since both of us are working remotely, there are two working set-ups and a super fast Wi-Fi connection.
