Gorgeous Berkeley Craftsman

My house is a gorgeous Berkeley craftsman located in South Berkeley, right next to many restaurants, bars and a supermarket, as well as many forms of public transportation. My house is across from a beautiful park, on a quaint, quiet street. You would have use of a bike (Berkeley and Oakland are very bikeable!) and access to a car. About my house: 2 bedroom, 2 bath: House is light-filled and open. Has a porch with seating/table and views of the park. Quaint front yard with gardening possibilities. Furnished: 1 bedroom has a Cal King bed in it, the other has only a sofa for sleeping, which is why I suggest 2-3 people for this exchange. Large kitchen, parlor with piano and living room About my dog: An 8-year old Bully Staffordshire whose top desires include: sleeping all day, getting pets/adoration from humans and taking a few small walks a day. She may be with me for a simultaneous exchange, with friends, or here, depending on what works best.
