Hey!
I live on the cusp of zone 2/3 in South East London which is known for having lots of green space. I am in between Blackheath, Lewisham & Hither Green & tend to commute into London from Blackheath as it’s closest.
Huge living room, 2 double bedrooms (1 small double, 1 king) kitchen with everything you will need. 10/15mins from Blackheath & Hither Green, with fast trains into central London (10 mins to London Bridge). Close by to the lovely areas of Blackheath & Greenwich, popular for views across London and riverside pubs. From house all the way to famous Royal Observatory in Greenwich down to the riverside & back through the beautiful Greenwich Park makes for a lovely 5k circular walk. No smoking allowed in the flat please!
The space
The flat is freshly decorated with a big spacious living room, a brand new renovated bathroom with powerful shower & it’s really airy and bright if you are someone who prioritises lots of sunlight. The spare room has a dedicated working space, desk, monitor, desk chair - if you are working remotely. I am renovating the kitchen in March so anyone swapping from April onwards will have a nice new kitchen to play with!
Guest access
The whole property is available to rent
Other things to note
Short term for weekend/week the flat can host 4 people, however long term I would recommend max 3 people in the flat, since the second bedroom has a small double bed and a desk.
The property has good security with a security gate between the road and the block.
