Temescal/North Oakland 2 br, 2 workstation, 1bath

Oakland is a cool place on its own and also a great base for day trips to San Francisco, Napa/wine country, or California coastal towns like Santa Cruz or Monterey. We are a 3-3.5 hour drive from Tahoe and Yosemite. 🚆 We are a 13 minute walk to two metro lines which is a 15 minute ride to downtown San Francisco (or a 20 minute drive, depending on traffic). 🚌 We have high frequency busses on our street that bring you in 10 minutes to downtown Oakland and Lake Meritt or downtown Berkeley/UC Berkeley in the other direction. 🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly neighborhood. 🏠 We have two bedrooms and a very quiet cat. We also have excellent wifi since we work remotely, and have two workstations set up if you want to use these. Washer and dryer are in unit. We are a <10 minute walk to two "foodie" districts, Temescal and Rockridge, and a 10 minute drive from our local Redwoods Regional Park 🌲 (+40 minute drive to Muir Woods National Monument). We love it here 😄.
