Cozy 2-floor apartment in centre of Amsterdam

This cozy 2-floor apartment that I call home is a safe and quiet sanctuary in the heart of Amsterdam. With the living room, kitchen and balcony located on the first floor and the big bedroom (complete with sofa and double bed), bathroom and walk-in like closet located on the second floor, this apartment has plenty of space for you to wind down from all that Amsterdam has to offer. This amazing space with wall to wall windows that let in lots of natural light, comes with views of the inside garden full of trees and therefor doesn't feel or sound like you're in the city at all. The building has a shared garden that's equipped with a picknick table and sunbeds for you to use any time. Located next to Waterlooplein where there's a daily market, behind the prominent Amstel canal that's perfect for a walk over it's bridges decorated with lights and 7 min. walking distance to Rembrandtplein which is Amsterdam's hub for restaurants & bars. This house is located in the middle of Amsterdams centre, making it easy to walk or take the metro (metrostation 2 min. walk, 2 stops to central station) to all places you might want to visit. The house comes equipped with washing machine & dryer, oven, fridge with freezer, TV, plenty of seating space on one of the 3 sofa's and a dining table with 4 chairs. It's also decorated with art, books and plants throughout the house, and if you're lucky you can even pick some lemons from the lemon tree! Feel free to suggest any dates as I travel around a lot. I'm especially interested in swapping to big cities like London, New York, LA (as I often go there for work). My place accomodates 2 people, but a third person could easily sleep on one of the sofas.
