Bright and spacious flat minutes from the sea

A spacious and sunny flat with a large lounge and separate kitchen. 3 bedrooms: two doubles and one single/office. 2 bathrooms: one with a bath and shower, the other with a stand-up shower. Utility room off the kitchen, and a slim balcony that wraps around the flat and can be accessed from every room. It's a spacious and sunny flat on the 1st floor of a small, quiet apartment block with friendly neighbours. Car can also potentially be included in the swap so you can easily explore the whole island, and there is private underground parking in the building. If you prefer to rent one, street parking is free and usually easy to find. Bus stop almost immediately outside with regular buses into Palma. Alternatively you can walk to central Palma in approx 45 minutes - a lovely walk along the seafront, or cycle in about 15 mins. Two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, and loads of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants etc. ABOUT THE AREA: It's an area called El Molinar, just outside of Palma and between two other popular areas: Portixol and Ciudad Jardin. It's a lovely and very popular area with loads of bars, cafes, restaurants, etc, which range in style from very authentic, cheap and local, to modern, international, higher-end and fine dining, etc. The seafront promenade stretches for miles in both directions with a cycle path that hugs the coastline, and is ideal for leisurely walking/cycling/rollerblading etc. There is a large beach in Ciudad Jardin (3-5 min walk) and another closer to Palma (10 min walk), and a lovely narrow stretch of beach most of the way in between. It's a wonderful area with the best of both worlds: just a few minutes walk to a beautiful seafront with a buzzy but laid-back vibe, and super easy access into Palma which is an outstanding city. Also only a ten-minute drive to the airport, but no noise from the planes amazingly enough! Mallorca itself is an incredible little island paradise. Between the mountains and coastline it's an outdoor-enthusiasts dream, with excellent hiking and cycling in particular. Foodies will also love the island, and I can recommend all kinds of great restaurants locally, in Palma, and all across the island.
