Chic studio flat in a key location!

I have a small studio flat in the crossroads between the 4 key neighborhoods in Buenos Aires: Colegiales, Palermo, Chacarita and Villa Crespo (1 block from Mercado de Pulgas). Unlike Palermo, which is super touristy, this locations offer a nice mix of tourists and locals alilke. My studio features a balcony on 3rd floor, with air conditioning, smart tv, double bed, bathtub, to have a comfortable stay. The building is kind of new and there's a communal rooftop with panoramic views, grill, kitchen for get-togethers, and a small gym available for tenants as well as a laundry room that you can use with tokens. I'm looking for a girl (preferrably) who takes cares of my home and my things 🙂 A few things to consider: My studio is small compared to home sizes in Europe, so take that into account 😉 If you open the windows, there will be noise from the street. Buenos Aires is a big, busy city. If you enjoy ellaborate cooking, I should warn that the kitchen is small and more suitable for the "single lifestyle".
