Buenos Aires Suburbs Home Office

Hi there! We live in Don Torcuato, a residential suburb 25km from Buenos Aires downtown (40 mins by car or train). If you are looking for a quiet and ever green area near Buenos Aires city for homeoffice, this is a good place for you. There are a lot of stores and supermarkets 5 mins walking from our house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 toilet, a kitchen, a livingroom, a yard with plants/grass/trees, a barbecue, a multiple uses room with a laundry, and a place for a car. There are 2 workplaces with desks and chairs. Our place has easy access to Panamericana Highway by car or bus and Don Torcuato train station to get Retiro station in Buenos Aires downtown. Our home is located near Tigre city, a turistic place called "La Venecia Argentina" because the place is sorrounded by water channels like Venice. Tigre has a lot of markets, restaurants and places of interest to visit. It's a good place to go for a walk and enjoy the weekends. We have 2 proposals for you: 1) Get the entire house: You will get the entire house for you but some private areas could be restricted. 2) Share some spaces with us (kitchen, livingroom, yard): Our house has an empty double bedroom with a private desk and a bathroom only for you. Take in mind that we have some flexibility for doing both of proposals, depending on our compromises.
