cozy and bright flat between city and nature

Large two-room flat in an historic building near the city. Our beautiful house is located in a quiet neighbourhood a few steps away from the lively district "Walle" and a garden area with beautiful nature and a swimming lake about 10 minutes away (by bike or car). The city centre is also only a few minutes away by public transport. The historic and well maintained house is surrounded by a garden with large trees. The flat consists of two large rooms, kitchen and bathroom. We use one room as a bedroom and the other as a living room and have also set up a workspace in each room. However, there is enough space for flexible rearrangements. For example, both desks can be set up in the living room or the couch there can be folded out into a second double bed. (There are actually sleeping places for 5 people if you like it cosy :) or want to have guests sometimes). The atmosphere in the house is bright, friendly and cosy. We like to build stuff ourselves and not everything is perfect, but made with a lot of love and creativity. Whoever lives here should like our plants and give them some water from time to time.
