Cousy house with a private garden in Poblenou

This house is located in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods of Barcelona, close to 2 metro stops, 10 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from Glories. It it on the ground floor, it has a nice bedroom with a large double bed. Then in the other bedroom, we have a single bed, with another single bed underneath that can be also used. The is a wardrobe and office in the third room. Then there is a large living room, with a nice couch, TV, table, and playstation :) Then there is kitchen with a fridge, and a dishwasher. From the living room, you can access the terrace, with a nice table to have meals outside, and there is also a BBQ. From the terrace, you can go down to the garden which has many nice plants, and an area for relaxing with an external sofa and chairs. It's very quite, and it feels far from everything. The perfect place to relax when at home, while living in a city like Barcelona. A real little luxury :)
