Centrally located in our nation's capitol

Spacious and sunny townhouse with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, two level spacious townhouse centrally located in DC. Walkable to DC's monuments and all the free Smithsonian museums & national mall, the Capitol, the National Stadium/baseball (go Nats!), SW Waterfront massive waterfront Wharf & fish/crab market and other touristy spots. You can walk to all these touristy areas (most of these attractions are about a 15-20 minutes walk from our home). Ours is a spacious townhouse with two fully renovated bathrooms with lots of natural sunlight. On the top floor there's a sunny, quiet balcony where you can soak up the morning sun (& where you can see the Capitol if you lean your head far enough out). The main bedroom is queen size and the guest bedroom is also a queen size bed, and laundry in the hallway. We are opened to having you stay in our guest bedroom while we are in our home (if the swapping timing doesn't work out for both parties to exchange on the exact same dates). Max. will be two people in the guest bedroom. You will have your own private guest bathroom are of course welcome to use the living room, full kitchen, laundry, etc. Fast internet for all your work needs and a library close by for printing if you need. If you have a car, there's street parking. Looking to exchange our centrally located SW DC townhouse for your beach house, NYC, or somewhere cool. The SW Waterfront is DC's hidden gem, not well known but still in the city main area and walkable to many touristy attractions. Now that the Wharf, a massive waterfront development has opened, tourists and locals are flocking here. Our area is completely safe to walk around, taxi will take you to our home without any problem, or you can just walk from where ever you are or take the metro which is walkable to three different metro stops. Closest metro stops walkable from our home are: Federal Center SW (blue/orange/silver line, 8 minutes walk) or SW Waterfront (green line, 8-10 minutes walk), also walkable from L'Enfant Metro (about 15 minutes walk). We're located on G ST SW (at 1st ST SW). If you are planning to hit the museums, monuments & other touristy spots, bring your most comfortable shoes. DC is more spread out & you'll surely get your miles of walking! Why stay further away when you can be steps away from the capitol!
