Sunny spacious studio in New York City

My studio is filled with natural light and offers a spacious lay out, with a nicely sized kitchen. There is a balcony, dishwasher, elevator, Nespresso machine, strong WiFi and laundry in the basement of the building. It is a 10 minute walk to the East River, a 12 minute walk to Central Park and a 2 minute walk to a major subway and bus lines. The Upper East Side neighborhood is filled with bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, whatever you may need for an extended stay. It takes around 25 - 30 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. The apartment is situated on a quiet street across from a church and you only need to walk a few minutes to be in the hustle bustle of Manhattan :)
