My ground floor apartment is 40square meters, has two beds, big windows and a perfect location in Budapest . The place is next to a lake with a park. It takes 5 minutes walk to get to Danube , Gellért square and hill. There are uncountable bars, galleries, restaurants just in this street already. 1 minute walk to get to the Mall, the metro station and several trams, 15 minutes ride to the center. I have a small car, allowed to use if you can handle a stick ☺️
