House is located in mid-eastern Thessaloniki. Is considered more of a residents area than a bustling downtown location.
The spot is very practical regarding distances between public transport and points of interests, such as sightseeing, nightlife and sea.
2-5 minutes from convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacy. 10 minutes walk to the sea and public transportation. 15-20 minutes to go to city center with public transportation or 30-40 minute walk. Thessaloniki is one of the most sunlight cities in Greece so with good company 40-minute walks are nothing.
Internet connection is FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and reaches 100Mbps Down / 10Mbps Up speeds.
No mold or humidity problems.
