Our home is a stylish and relaxed studio in the center of Helsinki. It has a balcony, a loft bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine.
The apartment is in a 1920's modernist school building that was converted in 2000 and is decorated in an eccentric and artistic fashion. It's a 15 minute walk from the central train station and major sights of Helsinki, in the peaceful Etu-Töölö area.
The space is high and bright. Tall windows fill the room with light, but they can also be dimmed with blinds and blackout curtains
The loft bed is sturdy and spacious, so it doesn't feel claustrophobic.
A quality Tempur double bed guarantees a good nights sleep.
The bathroom is installed with heated flooring and a laundry machine that is available for guest use.
In the kitchen you will find everything even for demanding cooking:
A convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave oven, coffee machine and an airfryer. You can utilize all the kitchen utensils, dishes and spices. You can also use the integrated dishwasher.
In the room you will also find a filmmaker's hifi home cinema that consists of a high end HD video projector and a surround sound system by Q-Acustics. You can watch films & series, or play games with the PS4 that comes with HBO Max subscription. The wall hanging tv also offers the same.
During the summertime you can also drink your morning coffee on the balcony.
