Selva, perfect for cyclists, hikers & food lovers

The flat is in the village Selva, in Mallorca, just by the Tramuntana mountains. My five room flat, which is my workspace has an office with balcony and a roof terrace with a work studio/chill room with view all the way to the sea. The flat has two bedrooms, but there is if needed, two sofa beds one in the office, one in library. Selva is famous for its beautiful walks, cycle routes & good food. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, even in the winter. Just walking from village to village in this wonderful area is a top one, where you can stop and have some tapas & wine with the locals. If you are interested in wine, they even produce their own in Selva and there are plenty of wine producers nearby to do wine tasting. There are good bus communications to nearby town Inca where there are big stores and food markets. The airport is 30 minutes away. Warm seasons there is a direct bus from the airport to Inca. The nearest beach is a 25 minutes car ride away. To Palma you take the train from Inca, a 25 minute ride. A public swimming pool is a 10 minute’s walk away during the summer season. Drop in Yoga classes available I nearby town. In Selva there are tennis court, basketball & football pitches & a place to hire bikes. Horse riding is also popular here. Online you can book day trips. My flat is very basic, still comfortable. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a library/ workspace in the back, a kitchen with air fryer. For visual artists there is a possibility to use the terrace room. I have my studio in the garage (private) & I don't use the terrace room. My space is perfect for writers & visual artists. Parking is free on the street below. I am teaching Fine art at the university in Zurich and I visit Zurich 4 weeks a year. Therefore, I look for swap with Zurich at certain weeks. It would be great if we can do a regular swap, someone who likes to get to know the Mallorca better and get a workspace routine. I am also open for other places for work retreat / holiday!
