[Looking for an LA exchange] Cozy Paris 1 bedroom

I have a very comfortable 400 sq feet 1 bedroom on the East side of Paris, near the Paris Highline (La Coulée Verte) that inspired the one in NYC, as well as the enormous Bois de Vincennes. The queen size bed is extremely comfy with a brand new TediBer mattress and sheets from Bonsoirs... I also have a pull-out couch in the living room that will do the trick if you have a 3rd person in your group. It's an old building, but I have great wifi, and a sit/ stand desk. The kitchen has everything you need. There is in-unit washer!! If you're a reader, you can peruse my small library of books (French & English). I would be very happy to give you recs on what to do during your stay. :) The neighborhood is calm, away from the loud and touristy parts of Paris. There are so many charming cafés and parks in the area, as well as my personal favorite : a free sparkling water fountain! - Buzzy restaurants: Chez Coquille, Chez Prosper, - Cool bars: Ground Control - Retail therapy: Merci, VEJA, BHV - Walks in the park: Bois de Vincennes
