Beautiful and modern 3-rooms apartment

We live on the edge of Munich city which is why we have very easy access to the centre but enjoy a calm, family-friendly neighborhood. Our apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is therefore very modern and high-functioning. We love the clean but comfortable style and enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. The S-Bahn and Busses are in walking distance. You can find parks within 5 minute walks and the forest within 10 minute walks. Also, getting to the mountains is only 40minutes by car or train. Therefore, we have the best of both worlds and perfect balance between city and nature.
