3+1 house in coastal side of Istanbul

I have a big flat in the best coastal area Sariyer, of Istanbul. The apartment is 120m2. It has 3 rooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Also a wide long balcony. There is a big dinner table in the living room and access to internet with wifi. Suitable for those who work from home. The house have all the amenities that you'll need. Fully equipped kitchen. 7/24 hot water. 2 rooms have 2 queen size beds. 1 room is a sitting room with table and couch, mirror and hangers. The couch in the living room can be 2 persons bed(opened). House can accommodate up to 6 persons easily. Has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also has high speed internet for people working from home. House is on the first floor of a 5 floor building, which the whole building belongs to my family. The area I live in is very calm with mostly families and older people. It's safe and quiet. It's located in a very green area. You can walk 5 minutes from house to bus station. There you can easily access any part of the Istanbul within 30-40 minutes max. Also there is free parking in front of the house for cars. Location is perfect to explore Istanbul in depth. Also the sea and coastal area is 20 minutes walk from the house. You can go for a morning walk or run, super easy access. The Bosphorus view is there in the coast, 20 minutes walk from the house. Many great quality coffee shops, bars and restaurants near the coast. Caffe Nero is just at the coast. House is also very close to Istanbul's best night clubs, 20-25 minutes with bus. I'm happy to share tips and assistance regarding the city. Shops for groceries are 7-8 minutes walking distance from the house. You have all the cooking equipments. Also delivery to house options are super wide and almost any hour, you can find some option. Haciosman Metro station is 5 minutes with a taxi and 10 minutes with a bus. Its open from 6 am to midnight in weekdays and 24 hours in friday and saturday nights. from house to this metro station, taxi costs 2.8 EUR approx. Bus is 0.5 cents per person. I will be in NL from 13 June. After 16 June, planning to travel since I'll be working remotely. 16 June to 30 September, any NL swaps works. min 1 week.
