Cozy apartment next to botanical garden and zoo

Our apartment has perfect location: 5-minute walk from Prague's botanical garden, in the heart of city's greenest area, Troja. You would stay on top of the cliff, with gorgeous view of Vltava river only 3 minutes away. This area is surrounded by parks and nature sites: Drahanské údolí, Botanical garden, Velká skala, Čimický háj, all withing walking distance. You can explore Vltava's beautiful river banks by a convenient bike route, that will also take you back to the city (from Zámky to Holešovice, Karlín and so on). There are also lots of vine yards around. It's a quiet residential area, but very convenient to get to the city center. It will take you only 7 minutes by bus to the Kobylisy station, which is only 15 minutes away from Museum station by metro. The apartment itself is on the second floor of the new building, facing a small quiet street. Huge windows allow a lot of natural light in and in the evening you can enjoy our cozy fairy lights. Although we prefer to keep less things, you would find everything that is necessary in here. You can cook on cookstove or in the oven, there is a spacious fridge with a freezer, a kettle and so on. There is a spacious double bed with 2 kinds of mattresses: a stiffer half and a softer half. Third person can sleep on the sofa, that can be turned into bed. There are also 2 wide working tables. We have a dog, so our apartment is pet's friendly. However please no cats (I have allergies 🥲). Also please don't smoke inside.
