Renovated App. in Old Railworkers neighborhood

My apartment is located in an enclosed area bounded between two old, now disused railway lines. The apartment was renovated in 2024 and includes an entrance hall, a master bedroom with a large closet, and another study room in which there is a convertible futon with a Japanese cotton mattress that can accommodate up to 2 people. The large living room is equipped with a video projector and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and very safe as there is no gas but only induction cookers. A washer and dryer are provided in the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and is part of a building surrounded by a city park. It is all very quiet, but in just 100 meters you can reach one of Bologna's main streets, Via San Donato, which leads directly to the historic center and the University. Near the house (80 meters) 4 bus lines pass by, and a bicycle path has been built on the main street. Pharmacies, bars, bookstores, libraries, and supermarkets are nearby and easily accessible without a car. Parking is free of charge.
