My house has large windows where you have beautiful views. The city center can be reached in just 12-15 minutes on foot. In addition to the bedrooms, my house also features a studio equipped with a large table for work. Furthermore, my living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. I have wifi in all the house.
There is a train that goes to Madrid in 1:40 hour.
I also exchange a house in a village in Asturias. It is by 15 minute driving from Avilés. This house has 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms and private garden.
