The house is situated in the beautiful village of Castilenti, it is in a spectacular location in between the mountains and the sea. It has 2 balconies and a terrace, a stunning view of the mountains and other breathtaking views of the country, with the sounds of nature and birds chirping. During the evening on the top balcony, you can sit and admire the incredible view of Italy's beautiful stars and a view of the city from a distance. The garden also has a fire pit built in it and a barbecue to cook Abruzzo's favorite Arrostacine. The local village is a 7-minute walk from the house, with the most friendly Italian people, you have a few coffee shops, a bakery, butchers, a bar, and a few other local amenities. The house truly is a gem with a village of Italian locals, so you can have a real authentic Italian experience. The house has been modernized with a high-spec kitchen, including a Ninja air fryer, we also decided to keep the traditional wood log burner in the living room, which gives the true rustic look. There is a work desk and a comfortable office chair from which to work. If you are looking for a peaceful stay and want to explore some local walks and hiking, then you will not be disappointed.
