Little house close to the center of Ghent

My home is a small town house 10 min away from the train station Gent-Dampoort. There are lots of supermarkets, shops and restaurants close-by but the house itself is located in a quiet alleyway next to a small park and a beguinage, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There's a big patio in front of the house where cars can't enter. In the house, you will find a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom/guest room on the first floor and another bedroom/office (my room) on the second floor. Please note the staircase is quite steep and narrow, it's unfortunately not very accessible for people with mobility issues.
