My home is a cozy and very bright appartment of 1 double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen full equiped, a small storage room for cleaning products and that stuff and a beautiful living room where is located the work area too with a balcony. It is located 5 mins walking to Plaza Espanya, one public transport node that connects you to the rest of the city and Barcelona surroundings, 15 min walking to Sants train station, in 20 min you could reach the airport taking a bus. The neighborhood is very calm, all the basic services are covered and 10 min walking is the Sants neighborhood with a large offer of places where you could enjoy the local food. It is also remarkable that you could enjoy the whole Montjuic park that is just 200meter walkings from home.
