Our 118-square-meter (1270 sq ft) apartment is on the 4th floor of a typical Berlin pre-War building. It features a bedroom, a spacious living room, a large office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom serves as our office, where we store our personal belongings when we're away, so it is not included in the exchange offer. The apartment is tastefully decorated with photographs, sculptures, and textiles collected from our various travels. The apartment is located in Bergmannkiez, Kreuzberg, a vibrant area known for its lively streets and cultural diversity. Its streets are lined with cozy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, giving the neighborhood a warm and inviting vibe. Bergmannstraße, the main street, is a favorite spot for locals and visitors to enjoy evening strolls and meals. The nearby Viktoriapark offers beautiful green spaces, a waterfall, and great city views. The 7 U-Bhan is only half a block away.
