Spacious apartment, 15 min from city centre!

I have a spacious apartment (around 90 m2) in a quite area in Amsterdam. Everything you need (grocerystore, coffeecorner, bakery etc) is within 300m and there is even an urban beach on walking distance, which is very unique! The tramstop is right in front of my door and it will bring you to the Central Station in about 15 minutes, in case you want to explore the city centre. I also have a balcony with a nice view on a park, in case you want to stay at home and relax. I have a large bedroom, so it fit's 1 person or a couple. The living is large enough to work with 2 people. You can see pics of my dining table, which I transform to a working station (1) during the day, including a large screen.
