Bright and Spacious Berlin Flat with Balconies

I’m excited to offer a house swap for my lovely flat in Berlin. I’m looking to trade with either a single person or a couple for a short-term stay. My flat is a spacious 3-room (80 m²) apartment located in the Lichtenberg district (13055), just a minute’s walk from the tram station. It’s on the 8th floor, offering a bright and airy kitchen and living room, plus two separate balconies where you can enjoy the view. The apartment includes a cozy bathroom with a bathtub and is fully furnished with all the essentials: an oven, airfryer, fridge/freezer, coffee machines, washing machine, TV, and fire alarms. The only thing it lacks is a dishwasher. A bit about me: I’m 31 years old, very tidy and reliable. I work remotely, so I have a dedicated workspace in the flat with a big screen and a comfortable chair. I’m hoping to find someone who will appreciate and take good care of my home as much as I will take care of yours. (P.S.
