Sunny flat in a quiet residential estate in north part of Edinburgh, close to a supermarket, public transport, gym, free parking. There are cycling paths nearby, the botanical gardens, and Stockbridge neighbourhood with local shops and restaurants. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building with a lift. It consists of 2 bedrooms: one has a comfortable double bed, the other has a sofa bed and is used as home office. There are two work spaces: one in the second bedroom, and the other in the living room. Edinburgh has plenty to offer in terms of culture and entertainment, all year round. It's also a great base for exploring the rest of Scotland.
