Welcome! This is our home: a modern three room 80 m2 apartment in Södermalm, central Stockholm. Great panoramic south-western (sun all day) views and a balcony. Rooftop views of Södermalm fron bedroom windows. The apartment is located on the 7th floor in a building from 1965. Close to the huge Tanto Park and beach, and the Södemalm waterfront esplanade. All commercial needs within a short walking distance. The apartment was completely renovated in 23-24 with oak hardwood parquet flooring and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all IKEA. There is a bathroom with shower, hallway, kitchen with dining area, living room and one main bedroom + one childrens bedroom w bunk bed. I also have a basic summer home/cottage on an island in the archipelago outside of Stockholm. (Close to Grinda island). Its reachable via 2 h scenic boat ride from the city.
