Penthouse floor NYC city skyline and water views

We live in a 2 bedroom home in Long Island City with floor to ceiling windows with views of the NYC city skyline and water of the East River. Our main bedroom is a king bed and second bedroom a crib for our toddler but we can also put a queen size futon bed on the ground in that room. We’re a few blocks from the 7 train that takes 1 stop, 3 minutes to go to Grand Central, the main train station of Manhattan NYC. Our location is very accessible by ferry, bus, subway, a few blocks away from a gorgeous waterfront park and playground with dog park. We also have a private rooftop that is the size of our apartment (1200sq ft). We have lots of workout equipment including a reformer Pilates machine and peloton bike in our living room
