We live in a traditional Victorian house which has been recently renovated and so is modern and spacious. We have one very large double room, our kids room which has a bunk bed and a spare room with a desk and a single bed. We live 20 seconds away from a quiet but beautiful street filled with 2 coffee shops, a delicious pizza restaurant, a pub, a flower shop and a grocery store and a playground! We are also a 10 minute stroll through woods to Tooting Common which is a very large and beautiful open space that you can around for hours. We are also 5 mins on a bus to Tooting Broadway tube which gets you into central London in 20 mins. We have a newly refurbished kitchen / utility and a comfortable living room. We also have a large garden with a climbing frame and swings! We love our home and are very comfortable here.
