I'm specifically looking to swap homes in Berlin in May 2025 and Edinburgh in August 2025. After that - I'm open and flexible! It's a lovely two bedroom flat with its own private patio on a cul-de-sac road in London. The area is very vibrant and close to popular shops, bars and restaurants and only a stones throw away from great London nightlife. Great transport links too. The flat itself is quiet as cars can't access the main road directly. It's lower ground but only by three steps so there's lots of light coming in the front bedroom through the bay windows and through the skylight in the living area. It's cosy - perfect for two people or a couple. It's stylishly decorated and has lots of books. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. A well loved flat by artsy types and lots of home touches. Pictures of second bedroom coming soon!
