Central Vienna Garden Oasis

Hi everyone! I'm Lisa, originally a lawyer, and I became self-employed a few months ago. I live in beautiful Vienna, almost in the city center, but in a very quiet and green area. My spacious apartment is 110 m², offering space for up to four people, with a terrace, a wintergarden and a large garden, which is almost exclusively for personal use. The apartment is cozy year-round and a perfect starting point for exploring Vienna, as it’s right next to the U1 Taubstummengasse station. I’m looking to exchange my apartment between December 20, 2024, and January 12, 2025, either simultaneously or non-simultaneously. I’d love to spend that time somewhere warmer and sunnier—Spain is at the top of my list as I adore the country, especially the Balearic or Canary Islands. However, other warm destinations, possibly even outside Europe, could be interesting as well. I also have a small dog (around 8 kg) that I’d like to bring with me.
