Beach Bums House

The perfect beach house for a family vacation this summer! Only a 3-minute walk from door to sand, Seabrook Beach is the prime place to create memories with family and friends. There's no better place for kids to build sandcastles while the adults relax! Our home is hypoallergenic & equipped with plenty of space and parking to suit all of your needs. We welcome you to sit down, relax, and enjoy! 5 bedroom (10 bed), 2.5 baths ranch style home with finished basement. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, 2 are downstairs. Upstairs features a full bath as well as .5 in the master. Downstairs features a full bath along with a kitchenette and work space with desk and lamp and two sitting areas. While we don't supply air mattresses, there's space if you wish to bring one - the more the merrier! The downstairs can be accessed via stairs inside or you may use the outdoor rear stairway. The house features a gas grill, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi, A/C upstairs, Fans in all bedrooms. Last but not least our enclosed outdoor shower - perfect to clean off after a long day at the beach! 10-minute walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an ice cream sundae. Ice cream shop, fresh fish market, and paddleboard rentals are within walking distance. We're a 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk into Hampton Beach for Wednesday night fireworks, arcades, outdoor concerts, and the famous Club Casino. We're also 15 minutes from Newburyport, MA, perfect for quaint stores and seafood restaurants. And if that's not enough, we're 20 minutes south of Portsmouth, NH!!!
