Cute 1 bedroom in the heart of downtown

1 bedroom with a 2nd smaller room that is set up as an office/studio. Modern feel (pictures are bad I know, will upload more soon!). Lots of parks close by. Streetcar just outside the front of the building. Can get anywhere downtown easily on transit or walking. ~20min walk to the lake. So many restaurants and great neighbourhoods that can be explored on foot. Kitchen has a Berkefeld water filter, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, oven, stovetop, toaster oven. Building has a concierge, front courtyard with a fire in the evenings, a small gym and barbecues that can be booked for use. So it’s right on a major street but the front courtyard protects from the busy-ness and a bit of noise. Our apartment is west facing and overlooks the courtyard w/ a view of the lake. Eco friendly building, very well sound proofed. Central heating. No smoking inside but ok on the balcony. Ideally looking for someone who is ok watering the plants 🪴
