3 BR, 2 BA Villa in PGA National, Florida

My home is a one story villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 1 car garage. It also has a large covered screened patio plus an exterior patio on a lake. There is a smart TV in the living room and 1 in the guest room and the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, there is a Queen size bed in the guest room and there is a Queen size sofa-bed in the 3rd bedroom/den. The kitchen has an island and a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes etc. There are linens as well for all beds and bathrooms. There is a Weber BBQ grill on the screened patio with a table and 6 chairs. The villa has central air conditioning and heating. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are 2 desks and office chairs: one set is in the living room and another in the 3rd bedroom/den. The home has been completely renovated and modernized. I lived there for 27 years until I met my husband and married him. PGA National is a private, gated and manned community with several parks and recreational areas to enjoy, plus a Heart Trail as well. PGA National is located in the City of Palm Beach Gardens which has also has many parks with numerous sports activities. Also, the city is located about 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and many public beaches. It is also a 15 minute drive to the airport. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, a regional Mall with over 100 stores all with a 5-10 minute drive. I have lived here all of my life and have enjoyed all the area has to offer. Since it is a suburban community, and despite the 5 - 10 minute distances to everything you'll need, there is no public transportation so a vehicle is necessary.
