House + cat ♥ near the beach

Single family home, residential area but walking distance to stuff (this is not the suburbs (: ) Open living room, plenty of light in the house all over. No TV but projector in the living room if you want to do movie nights. # Beach/surf Nearby stuff: - 15m bike ride (5-10m car) to New Port. - 15m drive to Huntington Beach pier, famous surf spot. - 20m drive to Bolsa Chica State Beach, easier spot. - 40m drive to Trestles (San Clemente), famous surf spot - 45m drive to San Onofre State Beach, great long board / weekend spot. If you want to use by boards we can talk about it (: # Nightlight 10m walk / 2m drive to the Wayfarer, dive bar with live music, pool tables and nice selection of beers. Try the Cali Creamin, nitro blonde. 20-25m walk / 5m drive to the triangle. Sevilla nightclub there has salsa+bachata lessons and social on Wednesdays, and other stuff other days. There are multiple restaurants, a movie theater, etc. Bunch of places to eat walking distance. Fancier stuff in New Port just 10-15m drive. # Parking Easy parking in the driveway. # Sleeping Queen bed in master bedroom. Futon in the office that can be made into a bed. Inflatable mattress to put in the living room if you need to fit more people. # hot/cold House isn't great at thermals. It's an old house with old windows etc. Gets warm in summer and cold in winter. There are fans available for the summer, it's generally fine thanks to the nearby ocean. Can get hot in August. Gas heater for the winter, but make sure to use blankets (plenty available).
